Delirium Espresso Blend Our signature blend is crafted from the major coffee growing regions of Africa, Indonesia, Central & South America. Each of the blend elements is individually roasted then post roast blended to create a moderately deep yet pleasingly bright dynamic, smooth and creamy balanced chocolaty complex fruity cup with a touch of spice, citrus and floral highlights. This is lighter melange roast overall with a couple elements touching into 2nd crack. Delirium sings great as a straight shot with a moderate attack and good body giving way to a rich velvety mouth feel and delightful acidic dance. Excellent with micro-foamed milk for macchiato, cappucinno and lattes too. We currently suggest minimum 7 days rest pulling our shots nekkid doubles bit over dosed (~16.5gr) medium temp (~200f) 1.5 to 2oz including crema in 25 to 27 second target. Delirium is also great other brewing methods.

Columbia Spectacled Bear A pleasant comfort coffee with a rush of cherry leading to sweet cinnamon and spicy milk chocolate. The Spectacled Bear project allows our importers to purchase only the best cupping coffees from Colombia’s superior growing regions. The coffee is an exceptional, large screen Supremo, and customers who purchase the coffee participate in the conservation of the Spectacled Bear, one of Colombia’s most endangered species.

Nicaragua El Limoncillo “JavaNic” Awesome balance between thick, syrupy body and fruited, floral notes. The beans are of Java cultivar which lends body, but because they are grown in Nicaragua lighter fruit and floral notes emerge. The result is this fantastic coffee with the best qualities of both worlds blending in the cup. The farm is in the Yasica Norte micro-region, inside the larger Matagalpa region.
Ethiopia Sidamo SCFCU DP FTO A medium light roast accentuates the rich dark chocolaty fruits of blueberries, blackberries and plum. Solid medium bodied smooth cup that gets sweeter and sweeter as it cools. Our importer works directly with the Sidamo Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union and it’s paying off.
Sumatra Mandheling Gayo Free Trade Organic A classic deep full bodied Sumatra with great balance and depth. Good earthy hints, caramel, and bittersweet chocolate tones with sweet fruitiness and spices with touch of fresh ground nutmeg, hint of allspice and barest whisper of tellicherry peppercorns. Likes a medium dark roast.
McLoughlin House Blend Our version of a traditional “breakfast blend” comprised of Central and South America coffees. A smooth, rich and mellow balanced milk chocolaty cup with light bright dance on the palate. Balanced medium roast.
Vienna Roast Customers asked so here it is, a Pacific Northwest style darker coffee without being charred and burnt tasting. We blend African, Indonesian and Central America coffees roasted darker for those who enjoy a bit of roast note bite in their cup. If looking for “dark and oily” this isn’t it! Just enough roast to bring a touch of oil to the beans surface but not too much roast to eclipse varietal character.
Decaf Espresso Blend Swiss Water Process decaf blend of beans from Africa, Indonesia, Central & South America. A smooth and creamy balanced chocolaty complex fruity cup. Honestly, I've pulled straight shots of this stuff that just shouldn't taste so good because they're decaf yet they do!
Masala Chai Our custom blend of India black teas and eight spices. 100g makes one half gallon concentrate. Brewing directions included.
